Dubai’s Al Barari community sees second Dh100m villa sale in 2 months

Super-luxury homes in Dubai continue to set records for 4th year running

Another villa in Dubai’s luxury Al Barari residential community has sold for over Dh100 million – and within weeks of one another.

The latest deal is for Dh107 million and the five-bedroom home is part of Al Barari’s ‘Amaia Collection’. The sale price has set the highest price per square foot of Dh6,316 for any Al Barari villa, according to Maria Morris Global, the estate agent.

“This marks an exciting chapter for Dubai’s luxury property market—and for Al Barari in particular, as we are witnessing a clear shift toward more meaningful ultra-prime purchases, where exceptional design, natural surroundings, and true exclusivity are paramount,” said Ellie Street – Sales Director at the agency.

The Dh107 million home has a built-up of 16,939 square feet and sits on a plot of over 31,000 square feet.

Last month, a seven-bedroom villa in Al Barari sold for Dh121.2 million, and which is the priciest transaction for the community. It was also the first time that a unit there sold for in excess of Dh100 million.

In Dubai, the super-luxury residential space continues to churn out high numbers, with April seeing higher sales of pricey Palm Jebel Ali and Emaar’s The Valley homes. (In fact, overall real estate transactions set a new monthly high last month.)
